First off, I should say that experieence I had with WSI Internet Consulting may very well have been not their fault. We had a consultant work with them when we were first setting up our website and I understand that he overrode everything that Alison tried to do for us and so I blame him for everything.
I have a really good relationship with Alison, Susan, and everyone else at WSI Internet Consulting. I like them, they do good work, and what happened before was not their fault.
WSI Internet Consulting is proactive and reactive when necessary.
