Our water heater died ( it was almost 20 years old) over the holiday weekend. We called Gene Burch Plumbing before 9am. Ivan was out to us by 11:30am to assess the situation & then he was able to return ( with his assistant, David) by 1:30pm same day & installed the new water heater, including the CA code upgrades, etc. They were all done by 4pm! I was very impressed with Ivan's knowledge & professionalism.
