I was reading La Opinion magazine and saw Kilter Termite's advertisement. It was the only advertisement in english so it stuck out considering it's a spanish speaker based magazine. They were offering a termite inspection for free if you lived in orange county, ca. I called and spoke with a representative that answered my questions thoughtfully and wonderfully, In most small businesses the people who takes the appointments also handle the customer service so its important that they are friendly ALL THE TIME. If you don't like them right away you wont like them dealing with them later. I recommend this company as they do good work and DO NOT SUBCONTRACT TO 1099 EMPLOYEES."
