A response to my comments.
I received a phone call today from Greg, he wanted to know what had happened and what kind of problems we had with the company. He had read my review and was very sorry we had so many problems and we were not taken care of. I was very suprised, I really did not think anything would come out of my complaining. He wanted to know what they could do to make things right. We are to be reimbursed for the time it took my husband to clean up and fix the damage that was done after the tenting of our house. I have never had a company call me up and even try to make things right. I think this was great.
