We have had storage space with Santa Rosa Stor-All for about four years and, overall, we are satisfied. The office staff is very nice, friendly and helpful. They take the time to help out with any issues that might arise. The space itself is kind of old, but they maintain it well and keep it clean. I should mention though that they've gone up in pricing since when we began there; they are not as reasonable in terms of pricing as they used to be. We have witnessed a price hike almost every year. The staff never pressure you about anything, and the overall atmosphere is quiet with no hype. What I appreciate a lot is that they allow you a grace period with the billing, which is very helpful. Also, they make the billing process easy, so you can pay online or on the phone, whatever is convenient for you.
