The people at Santa Rosa Stor-All are great. I've been with them about five years and have rarely had any issues. I had a mouse problem at one point, but they addressed it right away and they were really accommodating. I think the prices are higher than what I'd like to pay, but I think it's probably average for what storage places cost. They're just extremely nice people, the lady that works in office is really nice. They're really sweet and it seems like they genuinely care about their customers. I've had other storage places that were not personable at all, but at Santa Rosa Stor-All it's a different story.
