I haven't been using the services of Santa Rosa Stor-All for very long, but they seem to be pretty good with everything. The service is fairly trouble free and uncomplicated. I've not had any access issues, and their customer service is good. I do think the price is kind of high but their security seems very good, so I'd say you pay for what you get. Overall, a competently managed, professional service.
