I had laminate and ceramic flooring put down, and there was a problem with the grouting. Too much grouting was left on top, so K & N Carpet had to come back and help get that off. Now it's good.

I'd say their service is really good. I would use them again, and in fact, I'm going to. We had the kitchen, hall, and bathroom with the laminate tile, and in the hall and bathroom was where more grouting should have been taken off. However, he came back and got it off, and they took care of it. The kitchen was nice. Their salesmanship, including when I call up, is outstanding. I have recommended them to a few of my friends, and will use them for our bedroom downstairs as well.
