I had a full bag fitting with Whitney and spent far and above the scheduled time as we tried out multiple combinations of irons and driver shafts for my existing TM M3. He was very knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions and the fact that I wanted to hit so many $@!#%. I went back the next day to follow-up with my wedges and putter. At the end of the day, I order a new set of irons, wedges and driver shaft. There was no pressure to buy at all. In fact, Whitney tried to talk me out of purchasing new wedges since they still were in good condition.

And to top it off, their customer service is second to none. I made a lot of last minute changes on my order which caused an error on the grips I finally decided on. I emailed Whitney and Miguel about the error at 10:45pm on a Saturday night. Within 20 minutes Miguel had responded and had taken care of the issue. Try to get that kind of service from your big box stores. Thoroughly impressed, and would recommend Club Champion to anyone.
