I was totally please with the service I received from Whitney, today. He was proficient at the exchanging of club heads and shafts, he was polite to both to a friend I brought along and to me, and he used the ball tracker system extremely well. The store used ProV1s for the fitting that looked new, as compared to my experiences with outlet stores.
