Brad and his company are exceptional! They went well beyond the norm and were very attentive to our needs. I was so impressed with the video that showed the process of rug cleaning on their website too. The rugs came home tonight, we were able to place the smaller rug, it was exciting to see how beautiful it looked, clean and vibrant! The larger rug actually had a plug put in it, so it will be excting to see that when we place it. We will put an update on the review once it is laid down. I can't say enough about the positive experience we had, even paying was a pleasure!
