We had a very large oriental style rug which needed cleaning after several years of frequent use.. it proved to be harder than originally anticipated, so Brad had to adjust the time and cost estimate . But his explanations were clear and fair, and communication was prompt when I had a question. The crew was very efficient and helpful in moving furniture, etc.
