Greenspring is fantastic in every way. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable. Great communication. Most important: they got the stink out! My kilim carpet was tightly wrapped in plastic for four years. Greenspring told me there must have been a small amount of moisture in there. I tried but couldn't handle deodorizing on my own. They gave me an estimate and stuck to it, despite washing the rug twice. It's perfect now with no trace of that yucky smell. I'll call them the next time I need rug cleaning.
