I highly recommend GRC. My dog threw up all over a fairly new white sheared sheepskin rug. Brad told me that it needed to be dry cleaned and would require extra time. When we got the rug back, the backing was ruined and the rug would no longer lie flat. At first they took the rug back and tried to stretch it back into shape. When that didn't work, the ended up needing to remove the existing backing (cheap) and replacing with a much better backing- at no charge to us. The stain is completely gone from the rug (it was horrible) and rug looks great agian. Brad stood behind his work and was determined to make sure we were completely happy, which we are. I will definitely return!
