This was the first time using Greenspring Rug Care. I have a 100-year-old Oriental rug that needed to be cleaned. Their website states that you can just pull up and honk and someone would come out and get the rug. I did that and no one came out. I had to go and find someone and then they did unload it. Upon picking it up I honked and they brought it right out. That is the reason for the four-star rating for service. The rug itself came out well, maybe a little shrinkage happened but this is a very old rug. I would use them again, and I do recommend them.
