I used Greenspring Rug Care for the first time, and I'm pleased with the service. They cleaned an area rug for me, and I'm happy with it. I had one small glitch in getting the rug delivered back to me. I called to set up a delivery time and was told there would be an extra charge to deliver it to me. I stopped by and showed them free delivery was included with my purchase of the cleaning. The manager apologized and got the rug out to me very quickly. I would recommend them and use them again.
