I was very pleased with the service and the quality of cleaning my rug received from Greenspring Rug Care. After the cleaning, they dropped the rug off and left it rolled up rather than putting it back into place. So, later on, when my husband and I unrolled it and spread it out, I noticed that the edges were wrinkled. I called the guy from Greenspring Rug Care and he immediately came out, took the rug right back and corrected the problem. The second time they dropped it off, it was unrolled, put into place and vacuumed. It looks terrific. It was nice to have them react so quickly and fix the problem without any hesitation. I am very happy with the cleaning job and I would recommend Greenspring Rug Care.
