This was the first time I'd used Greenspring Rug Care and the overall service was excellent and professional. We did have a minor miscommunication regarding the old rug pad. I purchased a new pad from them and requested that they take the old pad away, but they accidentally left it behind when they picked up the rug. All I had to do was call and they came right back to discard the old pad. The rug I had cleaned was a fairly large shag and it looks great after their work. The turnaround time was excellent as well. I'm very happy and would definitely recommend Greenspring Rug Care and use them again myself.
