Brad was quite helpful. I brought a rug that I had ruined trying to clean myself. After confirming it was ruined, he kindly disposed of it for me rather than me having ito bring it to the dump myself. I brought a 2nd rug which they cleaned & retuned in less than a week. Very professional & friendly service - I would highly recommend this company
