A friend recommended this company when I needed a rug cleaned at the last minute before Christmas. I called and left a message for Brad. Within the hour, he returned my call and told me that he could have the rug cleaned by Christmas Eve! Since I had to be in the area, I took the rug to them. When I arrived, the entire process was thoroughly explained and I was given a tour! I couldn’t have been more impressed! The guys are SO friendly and professional. The customer service here is truly exceptional.
