I have A/C Masters Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. do my annual inspections. The owners should be proud of their employees, they all do great work! I am highly impressed with the technician who came out the past few times, Adrianna. She is a true asset to his team. She doesn't just tell you that something is broken. She explains what is going on, shows you and educates you about it. She tells you how to best take care of it and the proper maintenance. She is courteous and a true professional. All of the technicians who have come out here have been courteous, knowledgeable and professional. The owners really have a great team of technicians working for them! They came out recently to fix a leak on the air handler. They are always prompt, polite and professional. They are respectful of my home and courteous. They are very cordial.
