First, I appreciate being worked into the schedule the same day. Secondly, the technician (James) was able to systematically diagnose the problem. He did not have the part on his truck but went to a store and purchased the part and then came back and installed it - even though it was now early evening - after which the furnace is now operational again. Outstanding service on the part of the office staff and technician!
