Move Masters was simply fantastic. They arrived punctually at the job. They were very informative about what they were doing and the care they were taking, and they were knowledgeable about the process. They were very professional all the way through and they were always courteous. It was the little things that impressed me: for instance, I ran into them several times on the stairs, and each time they stopped to let me pass. I felt they just went above and beyond. I had a dryer cord that required a four pronged outlet instead of a three, and one of their employees came over to explain exactly what I needed to do to set it up properly, and then he just said he'd take care of it for me. They were great at the job they were supposed to do, but it was these small things they did that went beyond their regular responsibilities that just made a huge difference to me as a customer.
