I recently used Biles Electrical and Mechanical for the first time and I enjoyed the service. They were very friendly! I appreciated that they were prompt in responding to me and that they showed up right on time to do the work. I do wish that they could have diagnosed the problem earlier. It took them quite a while and a short project became an all-day affair. But, once they diagnosed the problem, they worked efficiently. They fixed my hot water tank for me and really worked with me to figure it out, which was great. I thought the pricing was also really fair. Overall, good work.
