When I called, they were able to come out the same day to give us an estimate, and they scheduled our appointment for service quickly. The workers were very polite and they respected that I have small children. Malek Heating and Air has what they call a Silver Plan that's like an annual maintenance contract so they take care of you throughout the year. We signed up for that.
