The technician was the best part of Malek Heating and Air. He came on time and was very accommodating. He acted professionally, friendly, and courteously. I liked that he was very thorough and knew what he was doing. I was never left in the dark about anything because he was informative and explained everything clearly. He worked on my heating and air conditioning units, and they have been working just fine since. I will definitely continue to use them in the future.
