Service completely unsatisfactory

1/2 year old Carrier Infinity unit. Gold service level. Had to call twice to get a technician. Circuit board bad. They cannot locate one anywhere. This is southeast Texas and they do not keep ac parts in stock?
Look elsewhere for your ac needs.
