They lady on the phone was very nice and I have to give her credit for her customer service skills. However, the guys who showed up to look at the unit were awkward and looked like they'd rather be anywhere else. They also didn't really say a whole lot to me until right before they finished up. They said they couldn't find any problems, topped off the unit with R22, and left. They charged me $255, which is a lot for a college student, and my A/C is still doing the same thing it did before. I'll be calling another A/C company in BCS.
