I have a rental property and have been using Malek on a service contract for several years. They seem reliable and organized in their office and in the field. Easy to work with and schedule. Recently replaced the old system in an "urgent" situation since it was August and renters were in the house. They called me on Saturday to say it was not working, the technician went out that day and, since I was on service plan, did not have to pay weekend call rate. He called me back within a few hours, we decided to replace the unit, the office called first thing on Monday with a quote and the job was scheduled that day. I also received a discount due to the service plan, but the one thing I cannot speak to was the price-did not shop around. Assume it was reasonable(hope so...).
