I used Malek Heating and Air for installation and repair work for air conditioning units. They installed a new air conditioning unit and they did a great job with that work. Unfortunately, within a few days of that work, they were to repair an air conditioning unit that was installed a couple of yeas ago. It ended up taking 8 hours to complete the work, when it should have only taken 2 hours, and I was billed for all 8 hours because one of the workers couldn't find the short, so he didn't know what he was doing. Although the installation was great, the work involving the repair was pretty frustrating.
