Price 3x What I paid

Malek took my call and got someone out quickly to diagnose. Very friendly and efficient. They did diagnose properly. However the prices quoted were extreme. I called for a second opinion and that company provided a bid ~1/3 of Malek for the same work.
Paid my service fee to Malek and went with the other company to do the $1900 replacement of the unit.
