The problem is not their competence, it is their communication. I have had nothing but a terrible experience with Ninja Plumber. On multiple occasions I have contacted them & requested bids. Not only did I not get a bid, I had to follow-up multiple times with the owner of the company just to get a response.

With that being said, there have been a handful of times that I have actually had them come through, and when they actually get to the work they are wonderful. If Ninja were more communicative I would have 100% faith in them, and use them for all my plumbing needs, but alas I have not once had a pleasant experience communicating with them.

We have brought this up with the owner of the company, and they even created an e-mail address for our office to specifically send requests to. To say the least, this did not improve their communications.

All in all, if you have a plethora of time and patience, you may want to give them a shot, but if you are pressed for time I would go with a different vendor.
