Honestly, after using DFW Pipe & Plumbing, I feel like I'm out a couple of hundred bucks with nothing to show for it. Patrick is a great guy. They are all great guys. But they lack a lot in their internal communication. I specifically asked for a diagnosis of my water cooler before flushing it. But when the plumber from DFW arrived, the first thing he did was flush the system before diagnosing it. The guy was knowledgeable and had good intel on the unit but I was still missing my diagnosis. I paid them for the flush, even though it turns out that wasn't the problem. Then I had to call them back for another visit. After that visit, they never followed up despite messages from me. Never followed up. I finally called another company to replace the three thousand dollar unit. I didn't want to put a bad review for DFW on Google or anything because I really like Patrick and his crew. They know their stuff. What they don't do well is communicate. The office staff doesn't communicate well either. DFW Pipe & Plumbing surprised me by ghosting me. I would welcome a call from the owner to speak candidly about the situation.
