I had an emergency water leak behind the hot water heater closet. Water was rapidly expanding in rooms! Patrick came to my rescue with a rapid response and excavation was started the same day which extended to Saturday. Patrick was responsive to my calls and identified what the excavators were doing and when the plumber would be on site. He personally accompanied the plumber. Outstanding customer service!
