When the initial replacement of a complete shower fixture, handle, cartridge, etc. was complete, the shower head was still dripping. When asked about it, we were told that it was because we didn't want plumbers tape on the shower head. During the night, the drip became a full force shower. The water could not be turned off at all. After calls and texts on the following morning, the owner and one of his workers came to the house. There was a piece of wood in the cartridge that would not allow the water flow to stop. It was repaired that visit which was wonderful. We feel bad about the not so good review, but the dripping should have been checked when we asked about it on the first service call. We used them to epoxy all our pipes in the house because of slab leaks and that job was done well and has eliminated the slab leak issue in our home.
