My hot water tank went out during a very cold time, and I asked DFW Pipe & Plumbing to replace it for me. They responded quickly, and the lady who coordinated everything over the phone was nice enough to take calls after business hours. And, they did a good job on the actual work. Because of where I live, both the city and the ONCOR Power Company had to be involved in the process, and that caused a two day delay in the work. I think DFW Pipe & Plumbing was in a better position to deal with them, and while I do not, and can not, blame them fully for the delay, I must say that it was not pleasant being without hot water during cold weather.
