This was our first time using DFW Pipe & Plumbing. We had a clogged urinal at our brewery/taproom/bar, and we had some issues with how the commodes were flushing. The commodes would flush, but they were not flushing "hard", and we really wanted to get ahead of the problem in case there was a clog somewhere. DFW Pipe & Plumbing came out and unclogged the urinal in the men's room, and they replaced the diaphragm on one of the toilets. Then, they gave us some information to talk to the city about our water pressure - they aren't supplying enough pressure for the toilets to flush "hard" - because the diaphragm didn't fix the problem. They didn't charge us for the work they did on the commodes since it didn't fix the problem. Since the city is already supplying the maximum water pressure that they will apply, there's really nothing that can be done about the way the toilets are flushing. I really appreciate the way DFW Pipe & Plumbing helped us through that issue so we didn't spend a bunch of money on stuff that won't help. I would absolutely recommend them!
