I took multiple bids on fixing my 5 year old water heater that quit heating. I knew my water heater was still under warranty so I was looking for the company that would provide the best service and be honest. All of the companies that looked at the system all correctly diagnosed the issue as a bad gas regulator, but 2 of the companies quoted prices above $500 dollars and stated it would take over 2 hours to replace. They also did not have the parts needs and would take at least 24hrs to get the part.

DFW Pipe & Plumbing came and diagnosed the problem correctly, quoted a fair price, and had the work done in less than 1 hour. Service was fast, accurate, and priced fairly. In this day and age this is all you can ask for. So many scammers out there it is really hard to find honest companies and workers. Thank you DFW Pipe & Plumbing for being one of the honest ones!
