Never Using Again.

DFW Pipe and Plumbing charged me 300 to come out and they were very inexperienced with the new equipment so they couldn't fix the issue with my hot water heater. He also quoted me a ridiculous priced to fix the issue once they finally figured out what was going on so I went to another company and they quoted me a price almost 1/5 of the price they quoted me. I will never be using them again.

Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback. We want to make sure that you're aware that the $202.50 cost was for sending out our Master Plumber your home to asses the safety of your home's gas system..

DFW went up into attic to find no odor of gas or any other flammable vapor or odor. DFW soaped down all gas piping and fittings in area around heater to find no leaks. DFW did not think that there is a gas leak but recommended gas pressure test to insure no gas leaks.
