We had a great experience with Total Comfort servicing our AC unit. The service companies we have used previously either don't show up on time or way overcharge for what they are doing so we wanted to try a new company and found Total Comfort thru an internet search. The office was great and set up an appointment right away and gave us a cost for a service call so there were no hidden costs. James showed up on time and let me watch the testing and showed me exactly what needed to be serviced. We mentioned to James that our electric bills had skyrocketed and wanted to know if there was anything that he would recommend to lower them for our central AC set up in the house. He took the time to explain how a new heat pump system would reduse cost vs our current system, which is getting old, and then put together a proposal within a few days for an updated heat pump system with all the rebate info now being offered thru Mass save. James was honest, professional and on time and that's why we recommended them to a new neighbor that just asked us who to call for service on their heating AC system.
