Was given 4 choices of A/C's. When we did not pick the top most expensive A/C we were not pushed to go to a higher efficiency/expensive model. The bid price included A/C, tax and installation. Installed on the date given and installers went over operation instructions. Hansons also filled out the warranty for us. Great job! Very happy with their work.
