I have used Mechanical Man, Inc. a couple of times. Their employees are friendly, particularly the girl who runs the office. They seem to do a good job for me. They are professional and they show up on time. They recently checked out my outside air conditioning unit for me, and they spent a lot of time on it, so it looks like they are pretty thorough.
