Mechanical Man, Inc. installed some Mitsubishi ventless units for me some years back, and they recently serviced them for me. They were timely, effective, and they made it easy on us. A woman from their office contacted us by phone and she was excellent at her job. She talked to us in such a way that we wanted to schedule them to come out and do the work. She was very courteous, and she got us set up on a very tight schedule, and the service techs adhered to that. They completed their work within that time frame and they also stayed within their budgetary estimates. I was impressed! They did a great job for us!
