Mechanical Man, Inc. has come out to our facility on numerous occasions to take care of problems and to perform routine maintenance. They do very high-quality work, and their techs are very friendly and professional individuals. I enjoy their personal contacts ahead of them arriving here. They may give us a window of time, but they call ahead when they are on their way to make sure the time still works for us. That is very thoughtful because we are a business, and sometimes things just change for us. They are great about doing small things like that which indicate that they are thinking about their customers.
