A technician from Mechanical Man, Inc., Rod was his name, came out for an annual check on the air conditioning system. The service went fine, but I felt he wasn't respectful of our property.
He didn't take off his shoes or put on booties to protect the floor after having been tramping around outside to service the outside unit. Not long ago, Brian came out because we were not getting hot water and we had black specks in our water. Brian was very thorough, and he wanted to get to the source of the problem so they wouldn't have to do any ancillary work. He determined that the rod inside the water heater was corroding due to the pH factor in our water. That problem was resolved quickly. Overall, I'm very satisfied with Mechanical Man, Inc. I would just suggest that perhaps they add the booties and instruct their service technicians to wear them inside.
