They Tried To Take Advantage Of Us!
Blue Ribbon Services is a terrible company and I will never use them again. They have terrible business practices and I truly believe that they tried to take advantage of my husband and I because we are elderly, they really don't think we know anything. They were sent out to us by the warranty company that we called on the A/C unit itself so we really didn't even choose them. So, they came by to diagnose any issues that we had and they told us that we had a big issue with one of our parts. The part in question was a coil and they let us know that it was going to be about $2300 to get it replaced. We were very shocked so we consulted with another company who told us that they only needed to replace the freon for 45-50 dollars...
