Blue Ribbon Services rebuilt a light fixture in my kitchen and the work went fine, but there was some scheduling confusion that had me waiting for them at home all day. First they came out for the initial consultation and made an appointment with me to come to do the work on a certain date. When the day came, they didn't not show up. I didn't get a call or an email, nothing. I tried to reach them and they tried to tell me that I didn't have an appointment, even though I clearly did. Then they tried to say that the fixture wasn't in yet, but it would be in the next day. So I called the next day and the fixture was finally in. We made an appt and this time they showed up as expected and did the work. The actual work was fine, and if they had just called to let me know what was going on it would have been 100% fine, but they didn't have the courtesy to do that. I did recommend them to my neighbor, but they knew about the issue that I had as well.
