Air Comfort Heating & Cooling installed a new AC unit for us about two years ago. We had problems with that unit from the get-go. Just one problem after the other. Air Comfort Heating & Cooling stuck with us and tried everything they could to get that unit running properly. Finally, we and they just gave up and decided to call it a lemon! They were quick to get the unit replaced and installed and since have had no issues! Their terrific customer service is truly the only reason that we have remained with them. It was amazing to be put first as a customer! We now have a service agreement with them and they come out twice a year to inspect the unit. The same technician comes out every time and he is very kind and knowledgeable, taking the time to educate us and answer any questions that we have. Excellent experience!
