The AC in my 2011 Impala was blowing hot and I was getting a tapping sound behind the dash. Firestone in Sanford quoted me a little over $2000 for a complete replacement AC system plus a little over $1000 for five new actuator doors. Took it to Ice Cold for a second opinion, who discovered the problem was a broken wire on the compressor. They charged me $85 for the wire and $140 to fix one (not five) actuator door, a saving of nearly $3000. Made my day. Friendly, honest, expert people, which isn't always the case with the big chain shops! I took some satisfaction in taking the car back to Firestone and getting a refund for their "diagnosis."
