Had inspections for A/C and Plumbing done. Tech was a great guy and knowledgeable and courteous.
A/C inspection resulted in purchasing a new system. I was impressed by the Tech, who's name I forget, and we went over his inspection and pics he took. I, then along with his advice, decided to purchase a new system and have installed around the 28th of this month.
Plumbing inspection. Two techs arrived (one was in training) forgot their names also.) Both were cordial, knowledgeable and personable. No issues found, even complimented me on my Water heater. I might order a garbage disposal, when the time comes. The tech took the initiative to create an estimate, which I have received.
All in all, both inspections went well and all 3 employees are an asset to your company.
